Data and purposes
The contact form processes your name, email address, message subject and message text so that we can respond to your enquiry. The job application form may process your full name, date of birth, telephone number, email address, professional qualification, selected vacancy and additional information so that we can review your application and contact you.
The website may automatically record the IP address, request date and time, requested page, referrer, browser, operating system and device type for security, reliable operation and aggregated traffic statistics. Essential session cookies are used for forms and anti-spam protection.
Legal basis and processing
Form data is processed on the basis of the user’s separate consent. We may collect, record, organise, store, update, retrieve, use, provide to website hosting, support and email service providers where necessary, restrict and delete data by automated and non-automated means.
Retention and security
Enquiry data is retained until the purpose is achieved, consent is withdrawn or the period required to protect legitimate interests expires. Unsuccessful applicant data is deleted no later than three years after the last interaction. Technical access logs are retained for no longer than two years.
